it reminded me of my coming operation
for prostate cancer

The creative part of me is always on the look out for materials if not for me, maybe to hand on to my son, I pick this up to day, at the time not-really thinking of the connotations. Then at home randomly laid the toy on 
a folder for photographing, this is the result, 
I was surprised how much it reflected my present journey

Not so lost

The main center rectangle is of a wood carving,
 A abstract depiction of a life shattered
with the direction of recovery in red,
many times it's impossible to see a way-out,  and you cut your self
trying, It is there don't give up.

As I sat last night early evening trying desperately to stop the
day replaying in my head, O! just had a flashback, horrible feeling.
where was I yes starting this picture with no preconceptions
just to, well just to jam some thing in the cogs of my brain to stop
that washing machine going in to spin cycle.

YES I've been keeping my head down like a lot of gods creatures 

when times are hard and life is difficult the body slows right down

and hibernates, and just for good measure I stick my head in the sand,

so not to hear the doom and gloom stories and the PPI  have you been 

miss sold ?  phone calls, we get here all day every day in the UK.
